Business conditions on CarniSana – carnivorous plants
online shop.

1. Our online shop offers carnivorous plants.
2. All articles offered in the online shop are allowed for legal commerce and sale with plant passports
3. Orders are accepted by the shop’s webpage or via our e-mail carnisana@gmail.com, only from customers from European Union.
4. All prices of products in our online shop are gross. There is a possibility to issue a sales receipt or invoice.
5. For sale agreement is contracted after the verification of the order by the shop staff. Minimum order value is 20 euro.
6. Sold products are described as precisely as possible. Annexed pictures are signed, described- some of them show adult plants look or pitchers and some shows selected piece at random from the group choosed to sale. There are possiblity of differences from the appearance of the pictures due to the seasonal phenology of plants.
7. Order processing is possible through personal reception or by shipping of plants to the customer. Buyer is charged to pay shipping costs of ordered products. If you pick up plants from our greenhouse – there are no extra costs.
8. Reception of products is possible on our greenhouse in Skomielna Biala 509 after prior appointment with the Seller.
9. We accept all payments via bank transfer, but there is also a possibility of payment by PayPal. Data of payment the Buyer receives in the email message from us – the acceptance of the order. In case of payments via bank transfer are not charged any additional fees, in case of payments by Paypal please add to the basic amount with shipping costs 5% of the total amount (paypal fees).
10. Buyer’s personal data is used only for the purpose of completing an order, they are not given to any institutions or companies.
11. Delivery of products is normally carried out through the Polish Post.
12. Shipment cost is determined on the basis of weight of products ordered, according to the rates of the Polish Post – priority deliveries only.
13. In case of international orders plants are normally sending in a string bag with little wet lignin – the aim is to maximize the safety of products during delivery. Plants normally are sending without pots and medium. On request Seller can send the plants growing in a pot, Seller guarantee a well-packed plants, but because of the size of the parcel postal price will be higher.
14. Time for prepare ordered plants for sending and sending them in package is not more than 3 weeks after receiving the payment. Any delays of this time we try to compensate by additional plants. The buyer may cancel the delayed order and than we will give the full refund.
15.We could issue phytosanitary certificate, if it is require. In this case please contact us by email before placing an order.
16. The seller is obliged to ensure maximum safety of plants during their sending to the Buyer through the proper protection against the weather conditions, however the Seller is not responsible for late arrival of the delivery. In the winter time deliveries will be performed only at temperatures higher than -5 ° Celsius because of the safety of plants.
17. The standard deliveries are realized through the Polish Post. The following points consider the postal costs estimated for the most common orders for customers from European Union countries. For large or complicated orders, and if you have any questions, please contact us.
Please note that this estimated costs of shipping are created for normally shipping without pots and medium. Information about the pot, in which the plant grows are only for easily determine the size of plants to choose shipping option. For shipments with pots and medium (on request) costs of shipping will be higher and individually specified.

• Priority recorded shipment below 0.5 kg- up to 8 plants (size- pots diameter 5,5 cm) or up to 4 plants (size- pots diamter 8/8,5 cm) – 8 €
• Priority recorded shipment below 1 kg – up to 15 plants (size – pots diameter 5,5 cm) or up to 8 plants (size- pots diamter 8/8,5 cm) – 11,00 €
• Priority recorded shipment below 2 kg – other orders of medium-sized plants – 16,50 €
• International priority package – in the case of large and complex contracts, accordance with the rates of Polish Post.
• EMS shipping – 36 euro package up to 1kg

18. Normally delivery time is 5-8 days. Seller is not responsible for longer time (9 days and more) delivery by Post, which could cause plant death.
19.Having regard to the plant health we don’t accept orders from customers outside the European Union. Plants don’t survive longer time in shipments.
20.Possible complaints are considered only on the basis on photos, clearly showing the condition of the plants, up to 48 hours after receiving package by customer. Seller is not responsible for the inadequate treatment of parcels by the deliverer (crushing, cutting shipments, etc.), which make it impossible for the plants to arrive to the Buyer in good condition.
21. Seller reserves the right to change the conditions of sale. Placing an order is equivalent to acceptance of above-mentioned conditions by the Buyer.
